Before coming to the dealership I knoew what I wanted and at what price. I considered the internet pricing advertised to be reasonable and only had to await the final trade in value, which they were fair an at what price. Michael was obviously good at what he was doing and made the process as straight forward as possible. However I caustion all customers to check the final pricing when going to the finance office of the deal. I will never know if it was an oversight or they tried to pull a fast one when the invoice was priced 500 more than the agreed price, but when I pointed it out they corrected it. Overall, the friendliness of the environment was genuine and I would recommend them. Alice More
