We gave Cityside Subaru a great rating because of our experience with Peter Rosenberg in Sales. We had already done a fair amount of research on the Legacy, and Peter's professionalism and knowledgeable experience with Peter Rosenberg in Sales. We had already done a fair amount of research on the Legacy, and Peter's professionalism and knowledgeable comments and observations on the test drive confirmed our good opinion of the car. We especially found his thoughtful design of the test drive to demonstrate the unique features of the Legacy very helpful. We did not really get far enough into price negotiation to comment on the price. The fact that we chose to buy a different car has nothing to do with any negative experience with Peter or the dealership. I would highly recommend both. More

I bought my new Subaru Legacy there last month. After having haggled with other dealerships over price and features, I decided to call CitySide just to see what the experience would be like. I spoke to a salesperson named Mark, told him what I wanted and what I was looking to spend, we walked through Edmunds for comparison prices, came to an agreement, and I put down a deposit. I bought the car that afternoon. I was undecided between two colors, so Mark wrote up invoices for each, so when I decided, I didn't have to go through the paperwork again. When I went to pick up the car, Alex walked me through the handbook. it took about 20 minutes and was well worth the time. I felt like I knew my car before leaving the lot. I have not gone back for servicing, so have no comment on that aspect, but I would certainly recommend CitySide for purchase. My experience was completely pain free. More

Buying a new Outback at CitySide was a pleasant experience. Mark took me on an excellent test drive that really showed off the car, and he worked with me to get a reasonable price. I was disappointed to learn that the car needed an additional coat to protect the paint; I think Subaru should make that standard. I'm always irritated by the way cars are priced, but this has nothing to do with CitySide. There was a problem with my trade-in, and they took care of everything. Very nice. More

After years of driving a Ford product, I decided to look at a used Subaru after the good experience my son had in dealing with salesman Mark last year in his purchase of a new Subaru. It was with great reluctance I decided to trade in my 1999 Ford Taurus...indeed I was looking at a 2009 Ford Taurus at another dealership as well as a 2009 Legacy sedan here at Cityside. Mark's kind and considerate assistance helped me make my decision and I drove away with my (new to me) Subaru on Saturday 11/13. I had done initial research on the internet, but had never driven a Subaru before. Mark accompanied me on a test drive that helped show off the driving features of the Subaru. Especially helpful was the drive on the highway that showed changing from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder engine was not going to be a problem for me. Even a trip around a parking lot helped showcase the excellent turning radius and handling of the car. During the negotiating process, Mark helped me come to a price I could live with. I would recommend Mark to anyone interested in buying a car and look forward to my new experience driving a Subaru... The dealership is friendly, and has a great supply of Keurig coffee!! More
