My wife and I just bought our first new car together from Cityside Subaru and the experience could not have been better. At no point did we feel any pressure from him or anyone else on staff. Instead he provided accurate and timely answers to every question we threw his way and allowed us to make our decision at our own pace. In the end we chose the 2011 Outback and after doing extensive research on prices offered by other dealerships, found that Cityside provided the most competitive package for the car, warranty, and service options we wanted. Michael and the rest of Cityside Subaru staff deserve high praise for the professional way they conducted themselves, and I will be recommending them to anyone looking at exploring Subaru in the future. -Craig More

People typically say how stressful it is to buy a new car and the pressure that is put on them by the salespeople. However, my personal experience was exactly the opposite. The salesperson, Peter Rosenberg, was friendly, patient, honest, answered all my questions, and did not pressure me in any way. Because of his approach, I was able to make intelligent decisions and actually became excited about purchasing a Subaru Legacy -the test drive gave me enough time to feel comfortable about my purchase. The other staff that I interracted with were also friendly and helpful with financing, registration, inspection and follow-up - they did what they said they were going to do. When I returned with my husband to pick up the car his experience matched mine. I never imagined that buying a new car could be such an positive experience. I am even looking forward to bringing my car back to the dealership for the 30,000 mile check-up! More

We went to Cityside Subaru based on the reviews on Dealer Rater. We are from Norwood so since there was a dealer here in town - it was a drive to get to Belmont. That said - the experience was great! Mark met with us on 3 separate occasions before we made the decision to purchase: once with me, once with both of us, and once again when we finally decided to purchase. He has been friendly, helpful, professional and very patient with us throughout the whole process. We never felt any pressure to buy - in fact it was just the opposite. He worked with us on our trade and recommended a few things to help us with that decision. He also worked with us in terms of meeting us as close as possible on the price we were looking for. We were able to take advantage of a very good deal if we ordered a 2011 before 6/30/10. We had to wait a bit - but an Outback matching what we wanted arrived in mid-July - even in red which is the color we wanted! The car is fantastic! I have been an owner of a volkswagon, a 14 year old Toyota Corolla, and a 2005 Camry Wagon. This is my first Subaru and I am really pleased. I have to say the experience of purchasing this car far exceeded any other car experience with other dealers that I have had. Bought a new Impreza Outback Sport from Cityside over a year ago (our first new car). I was very surprised about how painless it was. I got a quote from the Internet sales manager that was much lower than year ago (our first new car). I was very surprised about how painless it was. In fact, another dealer told me that there was no way Cityside could sell me the car at the quoted price. Sales stuff was great and let us test drive day and night so we could get a good feel for the car. No pressure at all from the staff. Finance person was not as laid back when it came to the extended warranty, but not horrible. More

They were patient as I went back and forth on the options I wanted, were able to get the vehicle I wanted even tho it wasn't in the lot at first, and were more permissive on the test drive than the others (not pushing me to return to the dealership in a hurry, etc). Mike was great, and I really appreciated that he was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the Subaru WRX. I've also had a lot of the maintenance on my earlier Subaru done at Cityside and have never had a problem. More
