Customer Service, Friendliness and Overall Experience were all wonderful. The car is used and had some cleanliness issues (i.e. dog hair in the back seat). Overall it was good, especially for a used car on it's 3rd owner. It is in great condition mechanically, and they allowed for a friend to come take an expert look at the engine, body, and overall quality of the car, which he was very impressed with. More

The customer experience however is like night and day. I guess I didn't realize how good waiting could be with access to TV, reading material, internet connection. Before I knew it my car was ready...........and I wasn't. I highly recommend having your Subaru serviced at Cityside, it's an experience not found at most dealerships. More

The reason we would recommend this dealership is because of their friendly and courteous sales staff. We were greeted promptly and the dealership was clean and organized! Our new car was ready on the date and time promised with a full tank of gas. The finance manager explained everything regarding our loan during which he informed us of some extras we might want (pre-paid maintenance & extended warranty) but did not pursue this after we respectfully declined. We were introduced to the service manager thereafter. This was the most pleasant car purchase ever! More
