Slower than they needed to be. On a previous visit, I had been advised that I needed a new radiator. Dropped off the car at 7 AM and got a loaner (which I was happy about). 4 pm Friday, called the shop - they recommended replacing a couple of hoses, but wouldn't have them until Monday. I said fine and let them keep the car over the weekend. 3? pm Monday, called the shop - car not ready. Needed another day 2 pm Tuesday, called the shop - not sure about car. Will call back. 4pm Tuesday, I called the shop. Hose installed but still needed to test, would be ready Wednesday 4pm Wednesday, called the shop. The car was ready (hooray!) And then they charged me for the loaner for the three extra days it took them! More

I'd mentioned to service several days in advance that I'd be needing a loaner and when I'd be dropping off my Forrester; I wish a loaner had been available to me at drop off time... would have save an hour and a half! I couldn't ask for any better service! I have a new Forester with a little over 4000 miles. When I called Cityside to ask about service, I was encouraged to bring it in for a check-up to I have a new Forester with a little over 4000 miles. When I arrived at service I was asked if I wanted the oil change now or to wait two months for the recommended oil change. I said I would wait. So they looked over my new blue Forester, topped off fluids, gave it a wash and returned it to be with no charge. More
Surly counter staff I go here for service because I live nearby. There is only one service person who is personable but I was not served by him. The fellow who made my appointment and wrote up my order lacks social skills. And no, he's not doing me a favor. It's his job. More

Their professionalism and understanding for my needs and financial concerns made me their permanent customer. I had many things on my fix list yet I did not feel pressured to do anything I did not want to. Having too much time on our hands we were given loaned car kindly offered by their friendly salesman without even asking for it. This team is working hard to satisfy your needs and provide quality service. All the best and keep up the good work! More

I've always felt that they were honest, upfront, and trustworthy. As a woman, it's unfortunate but my baseline with car repairs is always feeling uncertain and taken advantage of but NEVER at CitySide. I love these guys. Best Subaru dealership out there More

Cityside is great! (National needs some help....) I bought a new Impreza from Junior and John at Cityside a few days ago. It was a great experience (described previously). Then I tried to figure out I bought a new Impreza from Junior and John at Cityside a few days ago. It was a great experience (described previously). Then I tried to figure out how to program something using the car's documentation. Not such a great experience. Nonsensical website, unintelligible handbook. I called the 800 number and got put on hold for almost 20 minutes till I gave up. So back I went to Cityside, where Pete Hartelius was on duty. And, as with my previous Cityside experience, Pete was amazing. He read the instructions for what I was trying to do (enter just a few contacts from my phone, rather than my whole contact list), and found it as ridiculous and incomprehensible as I had, which was gratifying. He, however, did not stomp and cuss (as I had). He set about to figure it out. He was patient, confident, methodical, and totally stubborn. And he figured it out! I now have just the contacts in my car that I might ever actually call! And I have yet more confidence in Cityside as a wonderful business and a great place to take my car. (I will, though, be haranguing Subaru Central about their documentation tomorrow....there's no excuse for its being so bad. Grrrrrr.) More

In the past I've dropped my car off the night before and picked it up the next day. They have consistently completed work in the time window they say and they have kept me informed. They also let me know totally separately from the service they were doing that my tire condition would likely not pass my next inspection, and for my safety to replace them before winter (with no pressure or suggestion to buy anything from them now or in the future). More
