I bought a Subaru from Cityside two years ago and have had uniformly fine service experience. I've been to four Subaru service departments, CitySide, Wakefield, Wilmington (out of business), and IRA (avoid, Caveat emptor). The reason why Joe, Mike & Brian are top shelf is simple, they set reasonab Wakefield, Wilmington (out of business), and IRA (avoid, Caveat emptor). The reason why Joe, Mike & Brian are top shelf is simple, they set reasonable expectations and they meet them. The team of technicians at CitySide fix the car the first time. Also, CitySide uses original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. IRA Subaru did NOT, but I caught then replaced remanufactured parts with new OEM. More
