I have gone through 4 or 5 batteries that I have paid for. I finally complained to Suburu of America and they found it was not the batteries, but what they connect to. Cityside told me I was out of luck bc I bought batteries from someone other than the dealership. Not helpful. They once replaced my CD player with a used part. They updated the software and it worked for 3 days but is now working only 90 percent of the time. haven't called them back yet. Friends have had great luck with them. Found everyone pleasant but will need to go back to Suburu of America. More
