Unfortunately, i have been to this dealer twice trying to get to the bottom of an issue and neither time was it resolved. The first time I was told I needed a new battery, from Subaru and was assured that w get to the bottom of an issue and neither time was it resolved. The first time I was told I needed a new battery, from Subaru and was assured that would resolve the issue. It did not. The second time, most recently, when i got there, they had no record of my battery purchase nor the visit. Fortunately i had a copy of the battery receipt which also had an incorrect address on it. I did have a very competent rep help me,Aleigha, she grasped what had been going on but the techs found nothing and the issue continues. Now it is suggested that i leave the car there for a few days, they wipl give me loaner, and they will try again to figure out what is going on. I love my car but am concerned that it might be a lemon….I hope not. More

When I went to the Service Dept, I found that they had incorrect info about the fact that I wanted a loaner. They didn't have one and eventually sent me home in a Lyft. When I called and texted my service representative at 2:30 and 3pm , there was no response. I reached out to management. Finally my service rep called to say that the car would not be ready that day and perhaps not even the next day. I was not a happy customer. I was offered a loaner. When I came by to get the loaner, I was fortunate to have Karen Vieira ask to meet with me. She acknowledged that some problems had occurred and apologized for that. We agreed on what would be done to the car. She also said that there would be a discount on the charges for the work. That is what I found when I showed up the next day to claim my car. I was very appreciative of the service I received from the mechanics working on my car and Ms. Vieira. I will consider using Subaru service again. I hope that there will be adjustments made to the current model of taking in too many cars to service in one day. More
