When I went to the Service Dept, I found that they had incorrect info about the fact that I wanted a loaner. They didn't have one and eventually sent me home in a Lyft. When I called and texted my service representative at 2:30 and 3pm , there was no response. I reached out to management. Finally my service rep called to say that the car would not be ready that day and perhaps not even the next day. I was not a happy customer. I was offered a loaner. When I came by to get the loaner, I was fortunate to have Karen Vieira ask to meet with me. She acknowledged that some problems had occurred and apologized for that. We agreed on what would be done to the car. She also said that there would be a discount on the charges for the work. That is what I found when I showed up the next day to claim my car. I was very appreciative of the service I received from the mechanics working on my car and Ms. Vieira. I will consider using Subaru service again. I hope that there will be adjustments made to the current model of taking in too many cars to service in one day. More

The service dept "fixed" my heat shield last year only to tell me whoever was last to touch my heat shield damaged it and it would cost 1700 to fix this year. I change the oil myself and no other shop has to tell me whoever was last to touch my heat shield damaged it and it would cost 1700 to fix this year.
