I originally took my car for a diagnosis and was told that a fuel injector needed to be replaced. I got Toyota Motor Sales involved and they agreed to pay for the repair despite the warranty being expire that a fuel injector needed to be replaced. Agai. I got TMS involved and waiting for my car to get repaired. If diagnosed properly the first time my car wouldn’t be in service right now. It was very easy to make my appointment and I felt that they finished within a reasonable timeframe. The only reason I didn’t give five starts is because I thought my car would be returned to me washed but they finished within a reasonable timeframe. I called July 26 for a service appt. Got the "Next earliest" Appt for the next day at 11:15. Basic service takes about 2 hours, so I planned to wait. I was aware that the service department was swamped so I expected that it would take longer. After the service was completed and paid I had to wait 45 Minutes for my car.
