A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, David Wilson has been involved in the automobile industry for nearly 40 years. He was vice president and general manager of Covey Lincoln Mercury in Phoenix, Arizona, for five years before coming to Toyota of Orange in 1982. Before buying out the owner of Toyota of Orange in 1985, he was the vice president and general manager. Mr. Wilson is now the owner and president of sixteen automobile dealerships - employing nearly 2000 people. Sales for these corporations now total just under $2 billion annually, making the Wilson Automotive Group one of the ten largest dealership chains in the nation.

My main complaints are twofold, the time it takes for your car to be serviced and the way the service reps always recommend the most expensive service plan. I know that taking my car for servicing will t your car to be serviced and the way the service reps always recommend the most expensive service plan. I know that taking my car for servicing will take pretty much take the entire day which is such an inconvenience. My car was dropped off at 10:15am and did not receive my car till 5:30pm!!! That is ridiculous! More

The finance department was great. Very personable and knowledgeable in explaining the paperwork. The sales people need some work. Arriving there after conversing back and forth during the week over email knowledgeable in explaining the paperwork. The sales people need some work. Arriving there after conversing back and forth during the week over emails I was expecting to test drive and negotiate price based on spec sheet given. However dealership had added accessories to car and attempted to add 3000 for the chip shortage. Things sleezy dealerships do after getting you in the door. But that sort of game you get at many dealerships. What wasn’t expected was after a price was finalized the sales people seemed bitter and hardly interacted with me the customer. Although I went into the dealership very knowledgable and fought for a reasonable price, this left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be back. More
