A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, David Wilson has been involved in the automobile industry for nearly 40 years. He was vice president and general manager of Covey Lincoln Mercury in Phoenix, Arizona, for five years before coming to Toyota of Orange in 1982. Before buying out the owner of Toyota of Orange in 1985, he was the vice president and general manager. Mr. Wilson is now the owner and president of sixteen automobile dealerships - employing nearly 2000 people. Sales for these corporations now total just under $2 billion annually, making the Wilson Automotive Group one of the ten largest dealership chains in the nation.

What ever you do, do not buy a car in Claremont? I bought a car in July, started hearing noise when I would brake 2 weeks after buying the car. I called The service department and told them my issue I bought a car in July, started hearing noise when I would brake 2 weeks after buying the car. I called The service department and told them my issue but they directed me to the person who help people with recently purchased used cars. It went straight to voicemail. Guess what no returned call and could never reached the person. I finally took my car to a different Toyota dealer. My brake pads were almost gone and rotors were terrible after driving the car for a total of 4000 miles. When I bought the car it only had 21,000 miles. I just paid $320 for service and a brake job. Do not buy a used car at Claremont Toyota? They will show you the service that was done by them but they halfway check or cover up the problem. More
