On the positive, it was easy to make an online service appointment, the facility is clean and the staff is friendly. There is a good sized waiting room with ample seating, they have drinks available and appointment, the facility is clean and the staff is friendly. I had a 9:45 am appointment (got there 10 minutes prior) for an oil change. I was told a 2-2 1/2 hour wait. I went back to the service desk at the 3 1/2 hour mark to make sure they hadn't forgotten about me. I didn't leave until 2:15 pm. Taking 4 and 1/2 hours for an oil change is a long time. Really, if there are walk ins or people who come early or late to their appointment time, they should be worked in as time allows. But for people who actually have an appointment and are on time they should be serviced relatively close to the scheduled time. Otherwise, what's the point of even having an appointment time? You may as well make it all walk in. More
