I have been a customer of this dealership for 15 plus years. I had only one not so good experience, so I called to speak w/the svc dept about my mothers visit she had the previous day. I spoke with Zupic the Customer Relations Manager who was compassionate and genuinly concerned about her experience. He did a complete research/investigation and followed up to me with a thorough explanation. I returned a few days later to have service recommendations done. Zupic treated me like I was a 5 star customer. He met me at the Service Center line and assured all of my concerns would be taken care of. My wait time and the service was great. The visit helped me with my decision to remain a repeat customer for service and the purchase of my next Toyota. Mr. Ivica Zupic went above and beyond my expectations and is a true asset to Claremont Toyota. More

Olivia, gave a very poor costumer service; did not even made me sit, advised me right there and then standing my my car in a very imposing way; did not call when my car was done.
