Arrived at 8am for my 830am appointment. Had to wait almost 30 min before the service writer checked me in. Noticed that all the cars in the NON Appointment line were all checked in while Had to wait almost 30 min before the service writer checked me in. Looked in my rear view mirror and the service writer was checking in the vehicle behind me, skipping my car. Service writer told me it would take 2 hours for an oil change. They finally texted me that my car was ready 3 hours & 15min after my arrival. It took another 15 min of waiting before they brought my car up. Took 3.5 hrs to get an oil change! I noticed on my invoice Service Advisor Olivia Vedoy Pratt noted that I did not want work done. I never spoke with her. I noticed other Service Advisor came to the waiting area to discuss problems, but not mine. I purchased my car from Claremont Toyota in 2007 and have been coming back for service for the past 15 years with no problems. I have never been kept waiting for over 3 hrs for an oil change, or been treated this badly. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication or courtesy. I did not feel as Claremont Toyota wanted my business. Customers that are treated with courtesy & respect come back and buy their next car from the dealership. More
