Oscar was great. I came in without an appointment figuring that I’d wait it out even though I had an appointment for a few days later. I figured the wait couldn’t be too bad on a work day. After Osca figuring that I’d wait it out even though I had an appointment for a few days later. I figured the wait couldn’t be too bad on a work day. After Oscar explained to me that the people with appointments took priority and my truck would wait until someone was free or didn’t show up, I decided to come back on the day of my appointment. Since I was already there, Oscar got me a ride home so that I could leave the truck there. It was done in a few hours. More

Friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that after dropping off my car for a recall appointment, they called to tell me they didn't have the part needed so they had to keep my car another day. I wish they would have checked to see if they had the necessary parts before my appointment. Isn't that the point of scheduling an appointment? More
