Check in was a little slow this time around, feels like it was faster before. Although, I arrived prior to my appt and personnel was willing to accommodate. When service was completed my car could not be located since the license plates on my paperwork were incorrect, which is unfortunate since I have been a customer for years and never encountered this issue. I has to assist personnel to find my own car, not best scenario when you are in somewhat of a hurry, Shout out to the lady that was nice enough to provide me w/ some hot chocolate. I have had two other frustrating incidents at this dealership before, one with a young man who I informed that I need to speak w/ him and instead of letting me know he was heading out to lunch, he simply left me waiting for him for over an hour. I just had a question that could have been answered in less than 5min. He requested that work be completed on my car w/out consulting me, which in turn I had to pay extra money for, I needed these parts, but this was not our original agreement. I let it be since I was going through a very difficult time back then. Then on another occasion, I left my car there for service and since I had to to work (2.5 hours away) I asked that a family member do me the favor of picking up my car, this after receiving confirmation that it was ready. Unfortunately, when they arrived they were told that the dealership had not started on my car, it was close to 6pm and the car was there since early morning for regular maintenance. This last service was ok, staff was cordial, but at times I wonder why I'm paying a pretty penny for customer service that can be lacking at times. I don't usually write reviews and overall patient customer, but like they say third time is a charm. Given these incidents I don't necessarily feel appreciated as a customer. More
