Unfortunately, I was left with a really bad taste in my mouth. Several service members failed to respond to my email request including emails sent through website portal. For five days, I made attempts of reaching (Oscar Armas, Candace Harrington, Tony Sanchez, etc) someone in service to schedule service on my 2017 Tacoma + get question answered regarding safety check fee paid. After realizing I wasn't going to get a response, I called shop December 22, 2021 to make verbal appointment. To add to my disappointment, I was denied having $155 safety check fee applied toward repairs even though I was told that fee would be applied by Cashier on my first visit to your shop December 4, 2021. I explained this to Service Manager Tony Sanchez however instead of him honoring Cashier's promise, he denied it and only took 10% off total bill. John Elway Toyota in Ontario is obviously closer to my home in Rancho Cucamonga however I chose your shop instead with he assumption I would have a much better experience regarding service and cost. I spent a good amount of money on repairs at your shop for repairs for previous (2000 Avalon, 2002 Tacoma) vehicles I had that were also purchased from your dealership in 2004. At this time, I'm requesting that you honor $155 credit toward past or future repair costs? More
