Service was fast and effective, my only question is: why are prices so high for most repairs. I been a customer for almost 15 years and a regular/loyal customer. Loyal customers should get better discounts/ are prices so high for most repairs. I been a customer for almost 15 years and a regular/loyal customer. Claremont Toyota estimate was 640 dollars to install manifold seal and I got it done for 150 with an independent mechanic- that is a 400 dollar difference. I would have been glad to pay 200 dollars for the repair but not 640. More

Very clean...love the complimentary snacks and beverages whilst waiting for my vehicle. My service rep Christina was great. She quickly got me checked in and explained the service details. My only issue was I had a fluid leak once I got home. It left a nasty stain on my driveway. I returned checked in and explained the service details. My only issue was I had a fluid leak once I got home. It left a nasty stain on my driveway. I returned to the dealership and Christina immediately got my car into the service bay even though it was late in the day. The issue was fixed. I just wish I didn't have that stain on my driveway now. I have been going to this dealership for at least 20 years and it's the first time I've had an issue like this. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend the service department at this dealership to any Toyota owner. More
