Every time I bring the car in there seems to be some excuse on why something cannot be done. I call ahead and scheduled for regular maintenance and also for them to look at an issue my window was having excuse on why something cannot be done. I call ahead and scheduled for regular maintenance and also for them to look at an issue my window was having on the brand new car I bought from them. On the phone they said it would take a couple of hours to get my car back. But when I went to the service center, the guy told me it would take all day since there are a lot of cars ahead of me. I guess no point in making an appointment then. I decided not to get the windows looked at since I need the car back sooner. I asked if they would do a courtesy car wash. They said that their car was machine was broken. Funny, that is the same thing they said when I took my car in months back. More
