Took my Toyota Tacoma in October of 2020 with a appointment for 3 different safety recall and the the communication between me and the service writer was horrible didn’t get any calls to come pick appointment for 3 different safety recall and the the communication between me and the service writer was horrible didn’t get any calls to come pick up my truck, I had to call myself and I actually had to go into Toyota to ask them myself if my truck was ready I actually suggested for them to keep my truck because they couldn’t finish it the same day witch was fine with me but never got any call that my truck was done. My service advisor recommend the brake fluid exchange service and the E.F.I fuel induction full service for my corolla which I am not sure it is necessary for a car with just 30,000 miles. 1st 5,000mile service. Made appointment, arrived on time, waited 2 hours 20 minutes, 15 minutes for them to bring me the wrong car, then brought mine with no car wash? He said it is washed? I went to the window and touched it with my finger and said no it is not washed. He then said do you want me to take it back? I said no. I had been a Honda driver for the last 20 years, this is my first Toyota. My tire light has gone on 3 times, I explained tire keeps losing air, they could not find anything. When I got home I saw the paperwork was incomplete. It say they filled it it (after) but left the before blank???? I don't understand why? If I'm having problems with air pressure, the before and after should have been the main information completed. More
