Had an appointment time and arrived on time but still had to wait a half hour to get checked in? I think the actual work was good. After visiting the clerk and paying, customers are directed to valet c to wait a half hour to get checked in? I think the actual work was good. After visiting the clerk and paying, customers are directed to valet counter to wait for the car to be brought up, why? Can't the clerk do this?? Everytime, everytime, my name is not called and I have to go investigate to see if the car is ready. This time, I didn't wait, I just went out and sure enough, the car was ready and the valet said I just didn't hear them call my name. Why am I dealing with this to pick up my car??? More
