Worst service experience I’ve had, took me about 25 minutes to get my service advisor to the service line. Then there was a mix up on where the warranty parts would be installed. Zach sent me to the us minutes to get my service advisor to the service line. Then there was a mix up on where the warranty parts would be installed. Zach sent me to the used car side, which was not where I needed to be. Fortunately Dawn helped and ensured a porter picked the car there and gave me my paper work. After I was called and told the car was ready I picked the car up. Sign paper work and followed the process to receive my car, after seeing other customers that came after me receive their cars I asked if there was a problem or perhaps my car was not ready. The porter (Ed) was rude and said the car would arrive outside as soon as the runner came back. A few minutes later another porter came and asked for the Cortez paperwork, apparently there was an issue with my paperwork or location which the porter knew about. Some simple communication would have gone a long way to ensure I received some adequate customer service. I never do this (bad reviews), this might be the first but I feel like the service I get here in Toyota of Claremont is just not up to par with other manufacturers dealers. More
