Claremont Toyota - Service Center

I went to this service center even though I have one closer to my house because they would send me coupons. I had issues with my coupon the last time and the person helping us seemed annoyed that I men closer to my house because they would send me coupons. I had issues with my coupon the last time and the person helping us seemed annoyed that I mentioned a coupon. Then he said my coupon would only be $5 off. It was a $59 oil change and v6 are additional. The total before the coupon was $79 and after would be $74. I used this coupon plenty of times and it never came out to just only $5 off. I never had a issue with any service advisors prior to this but this guy just rubbed us the wrong way. At this point I will just save my gas and go to the closer dealership. More

I didn't have an appt. there was one car in line ahead me for none appointmenrt. 3 in back of me after 30 mins we were acknowledged, They took me first. Very very very very very very slow service. Two hour wait just for an oil change??! Even with an appointment?!!
