Dealership is older, but clean and it looks like they’re remodeling. Service department has modern check-in but even with an appointment, Minor service (top off fluids, rotate tires, run diagnostics and o remodeling. Two days impacted by a minor service.. I drove further because I bought the truck at this dealership but not sure if I’ll continue with that kind of service. More

Be aware Claremont Toyota they LIED. They promised you complementary services of your car like oil change and maintenance for every 5,000 miles or 5 times after you purchased the car. I just found out when I took my cat in for an oil changed. They're only change the oil every 10,000 miles not 5. They tried to get you buy theirs car and did not deliver theirs promises. I have bought several cars in the past from Longo Toyota and when they said oil change every 5,000 miles they meant 5,000 miles. I have booked an appointment to trade in my 2021 CH-R at Claremont Toyota. . Guess what, I am going to Longo Toyota instead. More
