Claremont Toyota - Service Center

Oscar called me and said an alignment is necessary. I approved the additional suggested service. The alignment was done improperly. The "toe" issue was corrected but the camber on both rears and the ri I approved the additional suggested service. The alignment was done improperly. I was an automotive service advisor in my younger days and alignments consist of much more than setting the toe. I complained via email/survey twice to Marisela. Never any response. I am starting to believe either no human reads these things or if they do read them, legitimate complaints are purposely ignored. Either way these seem to be an utter waste of time. My 2013 Avalon break job was not done properly, I had break issue. I went back- I was told no issue- than they found my brake booster is bad.
