I am upset that I was told that my vehicle received a complete multi-point inspection. Yet when I checked my wiper fluid it remained empty, which is fine, I can refill it myself. The issue that worries me and creates doubt is that on their checklist it was marked as full. So it seems that they just check Mark off without actually fully checking. Mind you, this is twice that it's happened. At this point they're creating doubt in the integrity of their service. Not good at all. More
