I took my vehicle for a tire replacement . Susan R was excellent and communicated well. I only wish that AllState didn’t provide a cheaper tire LandSail. Also when I purchased my vehicle I was not informed of my free oil changes so I basically lost them. I purchased Jan 15 2024 and I’ve never received any free oil change because I was not aware.
