I took my four-year-old Honda HR-V for his yearly Preventive Maintenance Check-Up. I requested an oil change, a tire rotation, a brake oil replacement, and since Texas doesn't require yearly vehicle Preventive Maintenance Check-Up. I requested an oil change, a tire rotation, a brake oil replacement, and since Texas doesn't require yearly vehicle safety inspections anymore, I asked for a 27-point Inspection to be performed. Manny, my Service Advisor, was very professional, easy to speak to, and very thorough. He actively listened to my questions and concerns regarding my Honda. Once the work was completed, Manny reviewed all the work that was done as well as the 27 Point Inspection and the tire rotation--which were complimentary, by the way. He even went above and beyond and washed my Honda for me. A lot of work was done and all safety points were inspected on my Honda in less than 75 minutes. While I was there, I took a stroll to admire the beautiful new Hondas.
