Really disappointed with service I paid for extended warranty of 100k miles and not only did I not get reimbursed tow but they didn't even tell what was wrong with my truck! They tried to tell me it was warranty of 100k miles and not only did I not get reimbursed tow but they didn't even tell what was wrong with my truck! They tried to tell me it was my battery and tried to replace when I told them battery was only a few months old and I wanted it back if they were replacing with a new one and charging me $800 for repairs! They said they were sorry and that my battery was not compatible but after I requested a written note saying it was not compatible, they changed the story to yes it was compatible and that it was just loose cables. So they were trying to scam me out of my money. Also they said I needed a cooling flush and a fuel injection cleaning when it didn't but yet they still did it. They need to resolve issues. They still can't explain why my vehicle would turn off while on idle. They tried to say it was loose cables but I checked it the first time it was towed and they weren't loose. More
