Went in without an appointment to have the battery checked and to winterize, was told it was a 3 hour wait, understood cause I didn't have an appointment, but after 3 hours they still had not check checked and to winterize, was told it was a 3 hour wait, understood cause I didn't have an appointment, but after 3 hours they still had not checked with me to let know that they had not done anything with my van. After 6 hours waiting I finally get my van with the replacement battery that I had purchased from them that was still under warranty and they didn't winterize the radiator and was told to take it to a Chrysler dealer to look at it. I purchased my van back in 2020 from them and had never been so disappointed in the service before. I would not recommend them to nobody. More
