Car is great. Still don't have my floor mats it's been weeks. how hard is it to get floor mats. I went to the dealership on a Saturday to inquire about buying a car. I told them upfront what I could do and asked them not to waste my time keeping me there for hours if they couldn’t help me. I end up g buying a car. I told them upfront what I could do and asked them not to waste my time keeping me there for hours if they couldn’t help me. I end up getting approved for my terms and signed all the paperwork. I was told I couldn’t take the car because it needed an inspection for my tags and I could pick it up Monday. Well, Monday comes and goes and nothing. On Tuesday I call about the car and am told we will call you back. Nobody calls back. Today is Wednesday and I call again and am told someone will call you back. Nobody calls me back. At this point I don’t know what to think. I worked with Austin and I would not recommend him to anybody. He is the one who lied to me Saturday saying I could get the car Monday. Bryan in finance was awesome but the sales person has not lived up to his end of the bargain. More
