Iris, Mark angel Pedro were absolutely phenomenal From start to finish, everything was streamline communication exceeded my expectations (and I’m not easy to deal with).Everyrhing was just so Smooth everyone was friendly, they went out of their way for you no matter what was asked of them. I would highly recommend, and I’m not just saying that. Bc I have dealt with the previous employees ( used to be westpoint) and no one cared, they brushed you off and gave awful customer service. This was the absolute best and smoothest car purchase I have ever made. Mark Iris Angel and Pedro were absolutely phenomenal. They were also very personable, and I had been shopping around at other dealerships, but the way that these people treat you it’s almost like you’re their friends and you develop an incredible relationship in such a short time! Overall experience was great and my salesperson was awesome. I say this but when I got to finance, let’s just say it could have gone better than it did. Nonetheless I would still go back and buy from awesome. I say this but when I got to finance, let’s just say it could have gone better than it did. Worked with Mark to purchase a 2024 GMC HD. Mark did a great job, helped out a lot. The dealership in the other hand sucked. The worst dealer experience this year (6th vehicle purchased) and ma Mark did a great job, helped out a lot. The dealership in the other hand sucked. The worst dealer experience this year (6th vehicle purchased) and maybe ever (over 30 vehicles purchased). First the truck we initially looked at was stolen off of their lot mid transaction. Never even imagined something like that happening. Instead of the dealer proactively trying to find me a new truck I had to initiate another search and look on their lot myself since I was told their online inventory is not accurate. This was the only dealer I found that had markup (disguised uncleverly as an add-on). After working for over a week to remove the add ons, I was given another price on a similar truck to what I had originally looked at. Upon receiving the price, I looked the vehicle up online and found the advertised price was $3,000 lower, but when brought to the attention of the sales department I was told this was just an “error”. Of course the law in Texas stipulates dealers must be prepared to sell their vehicle for the advertised price when the vin number is included in the ad. After many excuses and complaints they reluctantly agreed to honor the “mistake” price. Finally (3 weeks after initially visiting the dealer and choosing a truck), I received the contract for the 2nd truck in the mail, and the numbers were all wrong. The dealer had added back in all of the add-ons etc that I had worked so hard to have removed. Of course this was my fault as well as their finance officer (Lanh) insisted I had told them I was interested in it. I told them from the start I will not and have not ever paid for add-ons. In fact the last price sheet I had given finance was signed by their sales manager (Charlie) and did not include any add ons. As of today, the transaction hasn’t been completed and the dealer has had my down payment of $7,900 for nearly 3 weeks. In that time the payoff has increased on the vehicle I was planning on trading, my insurance increased as I was required to change my policy for the deal, and of course my time has been wasted with no apology. Waiting to see if this transaction will be completed or not. More

Like many others have reported on Yelp about Elite Buick GMC. Before I went to Elite I had done my homework, I knew what I wanted. The truck I was interested in had a competitive price on their website. The GMC. Before I went to Elite I had done my homework, I knew what I wanted. The truck I was interested in had a competitive price on their website. The truck was mostly as advertised when I arrived. I did not need to trade my old truck in, however they told me they were interested in buying used trucks, ok I let them look at it and give me a number. Things went downhill from here. To start with, I was ready to buy this truck, I had plenty of money to put down. But then they came in and only offered $1500 for my truck. I did not expect them to offer me enough, but I didn't expect to be insulted. At the same time, they also presented the new truck cost to me with over $6k worth of dealer add-on. I told them not interested in the trade, and I was not interested in any of the dealer add-on items. They came back and lowered the dealer add-on to just $2k, once again I am not interested in the dealer add-on, finally, they came back at the advertised price. Ok good so let's talk financing, I told them the terms I was looking for, and how much I was going to put down, I was ready to hear what they could offer. And then the sales manager Eric walked in and what I got was a lecture about financing new cars and that I could always refinance if I did like the rate they offered. Yes, I know this, but I was hoping the dealer would have a better rate than my CU. After the lecture, I was done, I told Mark the sales guy. And Mark was a decent guy, I did like him. Any way told them I was going to think about it overnight. I was also going to see if I could get a better offer from “Give Me the VIN” on the old truck. And then all of a sudden, my old truck was worth $4500. It is funny how that happens. It did not matter, at this point I just felt slimy and like the people had tried to rip me off. I never did find out what they could offer for financing. All said and done, it was I nice truck, but I am glad I walked away. There is no reason a retailer should treat people this way. I would not recommend buying a new car from these guys, there are too many other dealerships working hard for your business. More
