They also failed to remove oil leaks from the drain plug, leaving a mess behind. On top of that, they overfilled the oil, putting in more than the recommended level. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either—during my last visit, they overfilled by about a quart, and this time, it was half a quart. Despite the poor quality of work, they charged much more than the regular price. I expected much better service, especially considering the cost. More

Nit sure about the honesty of the dealership, having to go back and forth. $4k+ on add ons is insane especially these days.
