Purchased Used Truck on July 6th. Complained that there was a loud noise coming from the front drivers side tire. Do not know if it is the tire or a hub. Will have to take it into my mechanic to figure out the noise. Also purchased the vehicle with the passenger tail light cover broken. This was a simple replacement. It cost me $40 to purchase a replacement. Would have thought that would be something a dealership would want to replace if they plan on advertising on the back of the truck with their sticker and license plate cover. Today 6 days later I have a check engine light on. I am asking for the service records performed at the dealership. Finance was easy as I wrote a check. At least she was nice More

Service department is horrible brought in 2023 Yukon to get alternator replaced they insisted it was the battery even after it had been confirmed by two other shops that it was not. vehicle was under an ex get alternator replaced they insisted it was the battery even after it had been confirmed by two other shops that it was not. vehicle was under an extended warranty, so it didn’t matter the cost however, try to sell me brand new battery for $400. When I tried to speak with the service advisor he never returned my call or text me would never do businesses Classic Chevrolet again for reference I have bought other vehicles from them, but never will do any type of business with them again. I wish there was a way to save the coupons mailed to me on my profile. Also, I have a high mileage vehicle.
