The issue I had with my truck and the reason I took to Classic for repair was not a typical problem. Thomas,, the service advisor, quickly thought so, and he advised me the truck may have to be kept overn Classic for repair was not a typical problem. Thomas,, the service advisor, quickly thought so, and he advised me the truck may have to be kept overnight. It was. The next day, he called to tell me the problem, the solution, and the cost. I ok’ed the repair, and the truck was ready that afternoon. He and the cashier even initiated a much appreciated senior discount. I miss the waiting room popcorn! More
