Customer service lacking as far as the Sales department. Service is a bit better. One of the rear seats didn’t work. Spent my day off 8-4:30 waiting in seat repair. I had to make 2 trips out the Classic for the seat No loaner, no rental. I live in Cypress. So no ride. Sales person has not checked on my liking of the vehicle. You buy a car, drive off the lot and that’s it!!! I called Sal the day after we purchased the vehicle to let him know I had a problem with the seat. It was his day off. He said that he would make appointment on Thursday my day off. I showed up to service Thursday for them to check out the seat. Part had to be ordered. Again no follow up call from Sal as to how it went . I called to talk to Nick about the situation. He hung up on me. I guess you sell enough cars these days you don’t need repeat customers. More
