Nobody came to my car to see what I needed. The first person I saw was Jeff he was no help and acted like he was to busy to help me. Went to another service partner she helped me. Seems like there was confusion this time. Had oil changed (made appoint) but still waited over an hour. My repair shop took my car to the dealership, with an issue that they could not resolve, so, I had no contact with anyone at the dealership. They had to contact the Detroit office to resolve the computer issue that they could not resolve, so, I had no contact with anyone at the dealership. I am impressed with their diligence in resolving the problem!! I cannot rate some of the below categories because I never had contact with the dealership. More
