Thankfully an angel stopped, help me jump my vehicle and I got my vehicle in promptly. A previous dealership call & advice could've saved a challenge that have been worse had I been on the freeway and a higher speed then lower busy speed school zone. Every time I come to Classic for car service it’s a suboptimal experience. The wait time to get acknowledged is ridiculous and an experience I receive nowhere else. I had an appointment and the person who was managing my appointment said that he had seen me sitting outside for quite some time, and it never occurred to him to come and see if I was here for my appointment. This happens every single time I come to classic for Service, which is why I have not been in so long. It is such an awful experience for me that the only reason I came is because I had a recall, and was the only place I could get my windshield wipers motor replaced More
