Overall experience: as poor as it can be. Made appointment online whereafter I would get contacted for confirmation. Never received any confirmation. Reached out myself via the chat function, whereby I was promised that somebody would reach out. Also received 5 different e-mails from 3 different e-mail addresses, promising that somebody would reach out. Never happened. Had to reach out myself again to get the appointment confirmed. Show up at the appointment, to be told that it was extremely busy, and it might take 3-4 hrs (even with an appointment). Decided to take an Uber home, all the way back to Cypress since I did not want to wait 3 or 4 hrs. Arrived home, after about an hour and get a phone call straight away that the car is ready...................... Very poor communication on all aspects. Why do you promise that somebody will reach out when you have no intention to do so. (Received 2 mails from D. Hoth, 2 from D. Alexander and 1 from Taylor stating that they would reach out shortly. Nobody reached out) More

Unorganized sales staff, finance lost our payment, service was even worse. Brand new car in the shop when cameras & some safety features quit working. Service told me it would take 3 days to diagnose service was even worse. Brand new car in the shop when cameras & some safety features quit working. Service told me it would take 3 days to diagnose & would not give me a loaner. Ended up being an update issue. Service called to tell me “very bad news”, “nothing was wrong with the car”. Chevy HWY 6 will be my go-to after they eventually solved all the issues. More
