Service center was good, however I had to go to the parts department, which the gentleman was very helpful! The cashier on the other hand, no greeting, I inquired about using my GM rewards since a sign was i department, which the gentleman was very helpful! The cashier on the other hand, no greeting, I inquired about using my GM rewards since a sign was in front of the cashier window, only to hear " oh I don't know nothing about that you have to go back to the parts counter" well why would a customer think to ask the parts department and not the cashier, especially since the GM reward sign is in front of the cashiers window. Customer service lacked with the cashier department and they should be knowledgeable of how to use GM rewards!! More
