We bought a 2020 Ford Expeditioin with 65,000 miles August of 2023. The buying experience was satisfactory, but I am really disappointed in the vehicle. We were told the extended warranty we purchase August of 2023. The buying experience was satisfactory, but I am really disappointed in the vehicle. We were told the extended warranty we purchased covered bumper to bumper and electronics. Took in for service, the module that controls the third-row seat lowering and raising was sending mixed signals so the seat would not lower. The repair to fix this is $1392 + tax. Not covered on the warranty. We have not had the vehicle a year yet and it is not driven much. Big Disappointment! More
