Dear customer, You stated that your TPS light comes on occasionally. We checked it out and found that your tire was over inflated by 20 lbs. which you said that you added air to the tire. We had a technician drive your vehicle to see if the light would come on. It did not and the vehicle is operating as it is supposed. We did this at no charge to you as a courtesy. I will be happy to discuss this with you, but you cannot have the same outburst and offensive language that you used towards the service people that were trying to help you.

on 6/15/2023 I returned to Classic Ford Dealership Service Dept and the tech retested my vehicle and did a road test and did find the tire pressure sensor on the right rear to be in fault as I told the service manager and service advisors upon my first visit, this fault and warning light coming on were seen and recorded by the tech just as I describe on my first visit, this sensor problem has been corrected by replacing the defective sensor in the right rear tire. If the service dept would have listened to me and continued to check for this problem this could have been avoided but they assumed an attitude that they were right and I was wrong ,I have worked at a dealership in the service area for 16 years and I have also taught auto mech at a tech school so I am aware of the procedure for testing the sensors on such vehicles , I am glad that at least the tech had the understanding to search and test my vehicle to resolve this issue, maybe if the service staff would listen and try to understand what the vehicle owners are saying about their vehicles this issue would not happen, maybe you need to let the tech talk to the owner to get more diognostic info.......we did this at the previous dealership I worked at and it helped a lot...........think about this concept......service advisors are knowledgeable but they don`t have the hands on experience that the tech does.
