Don't expect a callback. I'm 40 years old and this was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I asked the salesman if he could get me a second key for the vehicle beca I'm 40 years old and this was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I asked the salesman if he could get me a second key for the vehicle because it only came with one. He said he would look into it. I assume that never happened but I wouldn't know because NOONE from the company will ever attempt to make contact with you after the sale. I spoke to Ray a few days after I got the vehicle home and told him the dash had lit up like a Christmas tree (they obviously reset the lights long enough to sell the truck) and he blew me off and told me to call Stan the general manager. I did and he never called me back either. I went in after work one night and spoke to Daniel (I think was his name) and he assured me he would call me back the next day. Never heard from him either. So after you sign the papers at Classic Ford, they are DONE with you. There is NO service after the sale. Now I have a broke down $20,000 truck with one key. Thanks Classic Ford of Smithfield. More

Awesome!!! I had reached out to at least 6 other dealership with my intend to work out as much of a deal via email as I could. My experience overall was not goo I had reached out to at least 6 other dealership with my intend to work out as much of a deal via email as I could. My experience overall was not good. It went from everything from no respond to my emails, to stopping responding, to saying you have to come into the dealership. With Smithfield Ford not only to they work out 99.9% of the deal via email they found me a car. Talk about above and beyond, we live about 1 hour from the dealership and after we purchased the car we were having some issue going to pick it up so Jackie/Saleswoman drive it to our house!!! Who would even ask a dealership to do this. More
