Goes back on word I went in to trade in my truck at the end of october for a 2014 jeep compass. My husband is overseas so I had to do everything while I had our 2 year old daughter with us which is fine because this is part of life. Anyways, they wouldn't budge on the price of the jeep, which is also fine but it just wouldn't fit in our price range. My husband and I finally decided if they could get us to $315/month payments for 5 years, we would sign. I called the salesman and told him that and I specifically said "out the door, tags, tax, title, and fees" as well. He said okay. I drive 30 miles to the dealership and its a whole different story. "No this isnt including tax, title, fees, etc". I get up to walk out because I am just annoyed at this point. The manager comes over and we agree... $315/month for 5 years. It came to $316.55, okay cool. Well the jeep needed a new battery and the side panel on the drivers side seat needed replacing. I signed off on these conditions BEFORE agreeing to buy. Car is ready and I get in and wouldnt you know, the side panel is still broken. The salesman rigged it and I went home. I get out and it BROKE AGAIN. I called and schedule a day to come back in. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR IT. So I asked for my paperwork where I signed to the agreement that it would be fixed and after an hour of arguing back and forth, they agree to fix it. (after I decided to call my lawyer). Fast forward to a month and a half later and its time for scheduled maintenance..It still has under 36000 miles on it. I called them to make an appointment for "whatever the warranty covers" because it is about to be shipped overseas where the warranty will be voided. The guy says "okay we can do things like the oil change and tire rotation here but anything else will have to be done at a chrystler dealership" (this is because there are two different warranties, the one at the dealership i bought it at and another for the actual vehicle itself for being under 36000 miles). Okay, so I go in today... They tried to sell me $40 wiper blades but I said no thanks because I dont want to give this place any money. So they get done and tell me my total is $45. I politely told the guy that I only came to get what was covered by the warranty. HE then told me I didnt have one! WHAT?! I confirmed when I bought it and again when I called to schedule the appointment. Do you really think I would have driven all the way to smithfield if it wasnt covered? So we go back and forth and I get pissed. I told them they are the most backwards dealership I have ever dealt with. My father was a mechanic, I know how they work. I am so tired of this place telling me one thing on the phone and another when I go in. I didnt pay for the services today. They said it would be taken care of. Friends, do NOT go to classic ford of smithfield. Spare yourself the headache. More

I took my previous purchased from this dealership 2014 Ford Fusion and left with my 2015 F150 4x4! Monty is amazing with communication skills with his customers! He took the stress away from stepping into a bigger vehicle and was a pleasure to work with. In another 3-5 years I will definitely continue my relationship with Monty and Classic Ford. Jamil is absolutely wonderful as well. This guy knows his stuff and helped my fiancee and I once again. This place has such a wonderful family atmosphere. I am very pleased. My first purchase was with Salethea and my latest was with Monty! So Happy!!!!! More

Monty was helpful, fun to do business with, and funny. Absolutely wonderful personality. Anyone I spoke with during my time there knew me by name every time I visited and went out of their way to speak to me. Absolutely wonderful customer service. The sales manager Jamil even remembered myself and my mother from our last purchase over a year ago. Great place to buy a vehicle and they will definitely do all that they can to work with you! More

By no fault of the sales team, the first car I purchased was, what I would call, the "dud" year for that model. Interactions with my salesperson this time around was mostly pleasant besides a brief, semi-pushy interaction when I did not agree with the estimated payments. She did, however, get me to payments that were manageable and the deal was done. The lady I dealt with in finance was very pleasant and made the act of signing my name over a dozen times as painless as possible. The experience overall was very decent. More

I cant say enough for the extended time, effort, and work put in by the staff to get me in the truck best fit for me and my family. The entire staff were friendly and made you feel at home. Very pleased abs will certainly return for future vehicle needs and refer friends and family. More
