why does it take over 30 days to fix a truck Bought an used 2013 F150 FX4 in mid April of 2015 they serviced it for 3 days two weeks later warning light came on on dash the truck would skip 5th g Bought an used 2013 F150 FX4 in mid April of 2015 they serviced it for 3 days two weeks later warning light came on on dash the truck would skip 5th gear go from 4th - 6th. Took the truck in the first'thing the next day after a week they had to call Ford tech services to"repair" a valve.Two weeks later it happened again but this time worse it would jerk going from 1st - 2nd then go 4th to 1st to 6th gear took the truck in on June 1st 2015 and after weeks of saying it is a certain part it still is not fixed on June 30 2015. Had several talks with the sales manager service manager and even emailed the main manager which he did not respond. I asked a sales person to order me a new 2015 truck and never heard back. In the month that they have had my truck I was never offered a loaner, and while testing my truck they have put several hundered miles on it. so No i would not buy or recommend doing bussiness with this dealership. More

Despite the point of profit in sales, this dealership met my expectations. AND my sales consultant although works for commission and for the dealership, made me feel like he worked for me. Both went above and beyond not only to satisfy me, they also assisted me and stayed by me as I wasn't feeling well. Truly caring people. Jennifer in finance is so patient. Bought a new 2015 Focus HB - Great Experience Contacted CCofSmithfield about 10 days prior to visiting. My inquiry was via their website. Tabatha maintained contact with my provided numbers and I went to visit on 6-13-15 after visiting a local Mazda dealer the day prior. I met Tabatha who introduced me to Nigel who ended up being one of the most intelligent, articulate, mature young people I had met in a long time!! Nigel was knowledgeable about Ford's offerings, and since I'd done my research I knew what I was looking for. During the "negotiation" phase - hard to call it that since the whole process was pretty laid back - I got to meet Tim (sales manager) who was one of the most positive and happy people I'd met in all of my dealership visits over the years. They worked hard and got me a fair and decent deal on my trade-in and got me into my Focus Titanium. Jennife closed out my paperwork in the finance section-she was so nice and I felt like I had met an old friend. "Delivery" of my new car culminated with a walk-around and orientation of every aspect of my new car. Nigel (salesman) wanted to ensure that I was satisfied and understood my new vehicle. I wouldn't hesistate to send friends/family to this dealership. Thanks to the GM (Stan) for such a great experience!!! More

I had a very good experience while buying my vehicle. I was in a difficult position with my trade-in vehicle and everyone involved worked very hard to get me in a new vehicle and keep it affordable.
