Great Saturday My partner had purchased an Edge at the end of 2012. He has been extremely impressed with the car and the service. We went out to the dealership in smithfield on Saturday to see if we could get another Edge at the same payment. While there I mentioned that I was driving a Tuscon from Hyndai and really wished that I had bought a ford. She asked if I had a vehicle in mind. She walked us through the lot. I asked about the C Max. We test drove it and I loved its handling and interior features. We were able to strike a deal for the two cars and are very happy. Jackie, Jamal and the rest of the staff were wonderful. I work in customer service and you should be very proud of this group of outstanding individuals.. Classic Ford The salesman I worked with Kyle was great, he showed me 2 cars and I was able to get the one I wanted right away. I would say they need to have at lea The salesman I worked with Kyle was great, he showed me 2 cars and I was able to get the one I wanted right away. I would say they need to have at least 1 more person doing the paperwork for buying the car. I had to wait an hour and half after I got the car I wanted to fill out the paperwork because of the line. They only had 1 person working. Upon buying the brand new 2014 ford focus, I have got 3 separate "engine overheating" messages asking me to pull over while driving it (car only had 460 miles on it at the time I took it to the dealership to have it looked at. They were unable to find out what was wrong it with and basically said to just keep driving it and bring it back if it does it again. Upon getting the car back from the dealership, I did a quick walk around of my car and noticed the left rear tail light had a crack and scratches on it. Also when I dropped the car off to the dealership I had close to a full tank of gas (photo proof) and they tried giving it back to me with less than a half tank. At that time I brought it to the manager's attention that not only my gas wasn't refilled all the way, I also had damage to my car that wasn't there when I dropped it off. More
