My experience with Classic Ford of Smithfield was good. Customer service was good and my monthly payments are somewhat around the price I was looking for. My only complaint is that I recently found out tha Customer service was good and my monthly payments are somewhat around the price I was looking for. My only complaint is that I recently found out that I would have to pay property taxes on the car in order to get my sticker for my tags. Now it may not be required by law for the dealership to inform the customer (me) that the law has changed, but it would be good customer service to inform your future buyers that in a few weeks they will have to pay property taxes on their new purchase in order to get their sticker. That way they can be prepared to pay $265. To me it just seems like a little deception was involve and because of that I am highly dissatisfied. All I'm saying is that I could have been informed by someone at the dealership about the property taxes and tags. More

My father and I were in getting his truck washed and as we were waiting we just started looking around. My buying experience at Classic Ford of Smithfield was very positive. We gave the sales person (Lewis Allen) our financial perimeters and he went to work trying to stay within our means, never making us f very positive.
