I have been working with Lewis Allen off and on for about 2 or 3 years, he has always been up front and honest with me. When we had a problem with one of the used vehicles that I was looking at he assured me 2 or 3 years, he has always been up front and honest with me. When we had a problem with one of the used vehicles that I was looking at he assured me he would do everything he could to put me in a truck that would siut me and my wife. As for the Sales manager, he did not not come into the office one time to speak to me or my wife while we were puchasing the new truck which I thought was kind of rude after the mishap with the used one I was looking at. I would recomend anyone to go see Lewis, as for Stan the sales manager, not so much More

After having issues with my local dealer, the normal "sales" games, I called Classic Ford in Smithfield. Yolanda was great and quickly responded to my email request. The customer service was flawless.
