She accomodated our schedule for meeting with her to discuss inventory and conduct a test drive on Classic Ford vehicles. Her knowledge on vehicle performance, features, specifications was well above your average sales representative. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, was always ready to answer our questions or offer alternatives, and gave us plenty of time to think about our options. Once we made our decision, she continued to make sure that we were completely comfortable with our purchase and vehicle features. Our sales consultant, Jamil Stanton, made sure that the required paperwork was correct and ready for our review and signatures in a timely manner. He was very courteous and made sure that we understood the purpose of all paperwork prior to requesting any signatures. He did not make us feel pressured when explaining additional maintenance and care options available for purchase but made sure we understood the advantages of each. This is the first Ford we have ever owned and we are very happy with our Explorer XLT. We truly believe that Classic Ford customer service sets the standard for car dealerships. Due to the 200,000 plus miles on my Escape, the need of a truck to replace the totaled F250, and the need for a "run around" vehicle - I began the search online as my husband began visits to dealerships for truck to replace the totaled F250, and the need for a "run around" vehicle - I began the search online as my husband began visits to dealerships for face to face searching. I was excited when I saw MY CAR on the Classic Ford website. My husband returned with an information sheet from his visit and we compared results. We liked the Classic Ford car the best - and immediately drove to the dealership. Upon arrival we met Yolanda Robinson who showed us the car and permitted us an independent test drive. We were SOLD - the issue purchasing two vehicles at the same time was a BIT overwhelming!! BUT, we knew if we purchased my vehicle first then my husband could use the 2003 Escape as his temporary vehicle until we could buy the replacement truck. With the price we were given - we were disappointed that we had to make another choice to stay with budget. Sadly, I began web surfing for another Escape - feeling pressured from the dealers I contacted with phone call and emails - I answered the home phone again to discover it was Yolanda from Classic Ford - checking to see if we had made a decision. I shared with dismay the need to choose a lesser vehicle to stay within budget and I welcomed her to search for us. In about 15 minutes - Yolanda called back and to our EXCITEMENT we were offered a beautiful opportunity to purchase the 2011 CPO Escape that we so wanted. YEAH YEAH - Everything was ready June 1 and after signing papers we own - after insurance pays - the prefect vehicle for us. Yolanda delivered sales with a knowing manner never pushing - more like guiding. She lives her faith in a quiet way but you know she cares about people. She synced my phone to the car, assisted with the return of the rental car, and made a very nerve wracking process much easier. I am extremely saatisfied with the service my family received from the time we arrived at the dealership. Jamil came out before we could get to the door. I found that to be great. Mr. Stanton was very knowledgeable about the products and instantly had answers to all of our questions. I explained that I was looking and was not sure that I would be buying the first car that I looked at. The team was able to put together a plan that met my needs and I actually was able to drive away in the vehicle of my choice, and with the payment I wanted. I must say that the entire staff that I came into contact with was pleasant and caring of our needs. One gentleman put the television on the family channel for my six year old granddaughter.
