Set an appointment a month in advance for a recall issue. Took car in and after waiting an hour I was informed they don't have the part in stock. Now they knew I had an appointment and what for. We were gave the run around and was let believe under false pretentiousness as if we had it the car.We made 2 trip there that was a waste of time and gas .I will make the publicly known of my reviews.We false pretentiousness as if we had it the car.We made 2 trip there that was a waste of time and gas .I will make the publicly known of my reviews.We were told the hard was over and to come back next day all looked good and to be there 10 sharp that complete process. We were told they tried to get in touch be we never received any thing until a few minutes be 10am roughly 8 minutes before we got there was told in front of everyone in open out door we were denied and could not help us .We received no explain,was told thanks for coming by and lady sales person walked off. I have been denied thing that's not the problem, this was poor very poor professionalism and led under enormous of false pretense that we had the car,her exact words were the day before that hard part was over just had to get the car the there (at anotherstore) and process . I had never been done so poorly and was so embarrassed how we told in fo of everyone about my denial and this breaks laws under the privacy acts. I work for a large financial institution and I know the laws and all were broken. I will be in contact with your corporate and a legal attorney. I will let you this will go public.I will get this to every one , I do have close friends that works with news . This will not the last of it . I have never been treated so poorly. More

Got a flat tire nearby. Being from out of town, and not knowing where to go, was directed to this dealer, by an elderly gentleman who happened to drive by and see my tire. Being from out of town, and not knowing where to go, was directed to this dealer, by an elderly gentleman who happened to drive by and see my tire. He said they were quick, took care of all the tires on his truck, and that he was pleased. So, decided to give them a try. Discovered that he was right. Within a half hour, we had a new tire and we’re back on the road again! More

I used this dealerships repair shop only. I've never purchased from this dealership. The quality of work is great; however the technician crew is severely understaffed. This made my 2 day I've never purchased from this dealership. The quality of work is great; however the technician crew is severely understaffed. This made my 2 day repair into a 4 day repair. This caused my rental costs to be more than it should have been. Repairs were correct and professionally handled...they need more qualified help. Good luck in that pursuit. More
