The price helped, too! The other dealers had salesmen who tried to "play" me. This kind of behavior is as transparent as it is insulting. I was also glad to find a dealer who has sales reps who are willing to offer a good price from the outset, instead of starting at an inflated number and then negotiating. I walked out of 2 other dealerships when they returned with their best price, and then said they could drop it. Obviously, the first figure was NOT their best price. I walked. When I picked up my ordered vehicle I was treated promptly, courteously, and professionally. Everything on the vehicle was prepared, cleaned, and set up. My beloved 1999 Red Ford Explorer XLT was totaled on a bridge during the last snow storm. I prayed about what vehicle to get, I kept seeing a white Ford Explorer. Still wanting a red one I researched the internet for a good used Explorer. I found a white 2005 Explorer on the internet at Classic Ford and a red one in High Point, NC. I emailed Yolanda to inquire if it had a sunroof, she immediately responded. I had never heard of Classic Ford in Smithfield. I didn't hear from the other dealership as fast. I thought I would go by & test drive this vehicle first thing next morning on my way to High Point. Yolanda had the car warming up when we arrived, it was a very cold morning. We test drove the car with Yolanda,met with Tracy and before noon we had ourselves the very car that was an answer to prayer. Yolanda is a caring and professional individual that makes the customers feel very special and satisfied with their purchase. I can tell she is extremely knowledgeable and does her job with excellence. Then we meet with Tracy who has the same qualities.
