This was a great experience because the price of my F-150 was the best I could find, and the customer service was outstanding. When my wife and I entered the dealership, we were courteously greeted by at least five members of Classic Ford Lincoln Smithfield sales team. One of the sales reps introduced us to Ms. Yolanda Taylor. Later we had the opportunity to work with finance. The financial rep was help in providing various payment alternatives, and April was extremely helpful with the SYNC training. I am a very busy medical executive so I do not have al ot of "extra" time to spend looking for cars ( or any other products) I wanted to purchase my husband a truck for his birthday, so I began to of "extra" time to spend looking for cars ( or any other products) I wanted to purchase my husband a truck for his birthday, so I began to look online to pre-shop. I called another dealership and explained that I wanted to give all my information over the phone so that I would not have to come in and sit for hours. They ( the other guys) told me that I would have to come in before any paperwork could be started....FAIL! I then googled Smithfield dealerships and Classic Ford comes up, I email the internet manager and with an hour Yolanda calls me back. She took all my information and tells me she would call me in the morning. ( it was very late in the day) well, low and behold, the next say I receive a call from her, telling me to come on down. Within an hour I had purchased my husbands truck, they even offered to keep it on premises so I could surprise him the next weekend. It gets better, while there we mentioned we have a daughter doing well in college, Yolanda tells us that Classic Ford has this awesome college incentive program! So you guessed it within 4 days of each other I have purchased 2 vehicles....and couldnt be happier! More
